SEOUL, KOREA – The Korean government will invest KRW 14.03 billion in upgrading the First ATC (air traffic control) Center’s information system and building a second ATC center. This came in response to the First ATC Center’s frequent glitches and a surge in air traffic.

LONDON, UK – An operating system designed to power the smart cities of the future will be put through its paces in London.

SEOUL, KOREA ― South Korea, also known as the “IT leader,” is making headway in creating Smart city or Ubiquitous city (u-City). However, awareness of the general public on Smart city is low. There are other hurdles to overcome, such as securing a budget for large-scale projects. Smart city utilizes high-tech computer networks to efficiently manage the city.

SEOUL, KOREA — More than KRW one trillion will be invested in the IT system for the 2018 Pyeongchang Olympic Winter Games. The goal is to host the most technologically advanced Olympic Games in history.
