The power source which an induction motor uses determines whether it is a single-phase motor or a three-phase motor. As the induction motor never stops with its auxiliary winding and condenser, starting the initial torque may not be strong enough, but reliability and stability increase. Its connection is rather easy, and the induction motor is ideal for home and factory use. The three-phase induction motor as is a general motor for various applications, with simpler connection than that of the single-phase one, is upping increasing its efficiency and reliability.
The reversible motor shares the same characteristics (torque, voltage, and condenser) that the induction motor offers. This motor has a built-in brake device that speeds up operation either in a normal or reverse direction. The temporary brake is also designed to prevent an overrun.
