Local cosmetics brand Tonymoly opened its store in Mariner of the sea, one of five Voyager-class cruise ships from Royal Caribbean International, in March, proposed by Starboard cruise services.
Starboard cruise is a large cruise firm, accounting for an 85 percent market share in the global cruise industry. Tonymoly's store on the ship is comprised of two gondolas, according to the company,
Currently, the local cosmetics firm opened its stores in a total of eight vessels globally. It also launched its store in Quantum of the Seas, which can accommodate over 5,600 passengers. This cruise currently houses global beauty brands such as Bulgari, IWC, Dior and Estee Lauder.
Tonymoly's official said, "We are in discussion with other cruise companies to continue to expand our business in the European market."
