[Darmstadt, Germany] Merck, a global science and technology company, is currently making its debut as an exhibitor at the International Motor Show (IAA) in Frankfurt, Germany. The company is presenting a wealth of innovative solutions at Europe’s leading automotive exhibition. The focus is on materials for fully adaptive matrix headlights, for OLED rear lights, for sunroofs, for free-form displays, as well as for aesthetic and functional design solutions. At the IAA, Merck is showcasing technical solutions of the future.
From September 12 to 17, visitors have the opportunity to learn about the use of smart chemical materials for the “car of tomorrow” based on relevant exhibits and displays at the company’s stand in the New Mobility World (Hall 3.1, Stand A21). Kai Beckmann, Member of the Executive Board of Merck and CEO Performance Materials, visited the stand on the first day and was pleased to report: “The interest in our future-oriented materials is great.
By exhibiting at the IAA, we’re addressing not only industry experts and decision makers from the automotive sector, but also members of the general public who want to gain an impression of tomorrow’s possibilities. For many years now, Merck has been offering a wide variety of products for the automotive industry through its Performance Materials business sector. Growing demand for smart technologies as well as the expanded product portfolio prompted Merck to exhibit at the IAA.
